I consume ZERO supplements on a daily basis.
Yes, you read that right. ZERO. NONE. Well I do take one virtually unheard of supplement & nobody is talking about it, we can chat about that later. My thyroid labs are optimal, my HS-CRP is low. My mood is consistent. My hair and nails are strong and I wake with abundant energy and happiness. How can this be?

Grounding – On purpose I make grounding a big part of my day. I work from my laptop but I work from my laptop outside, grounded on wet sand & in the sun. The reason I do this is because grounding is the best way to prevent inflammation. Inflammation occurs in a body that has more protons than electrons. When we have a body full of electrons (known as a high redox) our wounds heal faster, we are less likely to get sick, our teeth are whiter and we are happier & prettier. A healthy body has more electrons than protons.
Eating locally and seasonally – I won’t get into the science here, but I always ensure that I eat in alignment with where I live. I prioritise low deuterium fats and protein which means I eat grass fed and free to roam animal products. I tapper carbs in winter time and never eat after 18:00. I have a big protein breakfast each morning and do not snack throughout the day. I eat for leptin sensitivity. When we are sensitive to leptin we are able to burn fat as a fuel source, our hormones are happy and our body and brain are able to convey signals to each other appropriately and as nature intended. I spent a majority of my younger years being leptin resistant due to exposure to artificial light at night time working after school until late at night. To maintain leptin sensitivity we need to support the communication between leptin and our brain. This means we need to cut carbs and quit raising insulin and BGL post sunset.

I avoid artificial light – Artificial blue light especially at night cleaves a hormone called ACTH and up-regulates cortisol and blood glucose levels. Remember when I said that in order to maintain leptin sensitivity we need to keep insulin low after sunset? It’s not just the food we put in our mouth that increases insulin, it’s also the light we are around. If you’re a diabetic you best read that again. There’s a new study that was just released that concluded that eating outside under sunlight reduced glycemic response by 27%. You need to cut carbs after sunset, but also cut the artificial light which is essentially doing the same thing to our body as carbs does.
Sunrise – Every. Morning. Watching the morning sunrise sets my circadian rhythm which controls all processes within my body. Literally every single thing that happens inside of you is quantised (driven by light). The morning sunrise hydrates me, keeps my collagen plump, my face glowing and my semiconductors functioning optimally. Morning sunrise keeps me happy and mentally sane in this world that tell you the only way to be healthy is to take silly goose supplements. The water we drink is separate to the water we make internally. Morning light on your skin helps you make water internally.

Cold Therapy – I support my mitochondria by getting cold. We inherit all our mitochondria from our mother (99% of the time anyways) and my mothers family is from Scotland. This means my mitochondria are more uncoupled. However because I am uncoupled I can also adapt quite well to a high UV environment and way of eating if I do the right things and make good choices in my life. In the cooler months (winter), I swim in the morning ocean and take cold dips in the natural cold pools by my house. This helps keep my mitochondria uncoupled. This is a biohack I use to offset the damaging impact that non-native emf and blue legit has on my health.
Passion – Energy can be derived from food, grounding, movement (piezoelectricity), melanin and the likes but nothing will motivate you and keep you healthier than a strong passion. Once I healed my own health concerns and left the centralised nursing industry I made it my mission to reverse the goal chronic dis-ease pandemic through education and empowerment. I provide healthcare education that is founded from a connection with our natural environment and disregards centralised medical advice that demonises sunlight and treats the body as a closed thermodynamic system to ultimately feed the healthcare industry through the current chronic dis-ease pandemic.

I live in the Country – We are not broken, but our environment is. We live in an alien world that is confusing and dehydrating. We live in a world that does not support the optimal health of man. I moved from the city and now live in the country so that I could remove a ton of environmental toxins from my life such as constant exposure to non-native emfs, low solar yield, fragrances, artificial food and artificial people. I buy my food from a local farmers and bulk buy my meat from @JakeWolki which is low in deuterium and high in love content.
I exercise outside – I do not move my body inside a gym which ruins mitochondrial health and instead I move my body outside.
• Tree climbing & having a silly time
• Rope flow (swinging a rope around which is actually so fun while grounded and in the sun)
• Swimming in the ocean
• Sand sprints
• Functional patterns training outside
Here’s a few other things I consider when deciding what’s good for my health –
• Deuterium content of foods
• How can I do what I’m doing right now inside, but outside?
• Is this serving my highest self or is it a distraction
• Are my actions in alignment with my values?

Cycling through supplements may help you for a period of time but our bodies are designed to work optimally when they are in an environment that is supportive of its optimal function. Supplements are second best and are not optimal. Yes I may prescribe these for a period of time to help clients where they are at but ultimately they will always produce side effects because our body is a tensegrity system. Our body is electrical before it is biochemical.Ps: If you made it this far the supplement I am currently taking is called deuterium depleted water. This is water that is maxed in hydrogen and deuterated.
